Shipping Policy

When Will I Receive My Package?

  • Orders are ready to ship 1-3 days after placing the order. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive.

Do You Ship Internationally?

  • We currently do not ship our supplements outside of the United States. Check back soon as we are currently working on our internationally shipping options.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Standard Domestic Shipping & Handling is a flat rate of $9.95. FREE domestic shipping for orders over $75! 

How Do I Track My Order?

  • After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

Can I Return My Order For A Refund?

  • You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it if unopened/unused. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund minus a shipping and handling fee. Please email support@theinnergyshop.com and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

  • Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. If you email us within the first hour after you place your order to support@theinnergyshop.com, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time.

How Do I Know If My Payment Went Through?

  • Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and therefor are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation and are certain the information provided was correct, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue. Please make sure your name, billing address and zip code information is correct. Still not receiving our emails? please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes your email provider may categorize it as such. Email us at support@theinnergyshop.com with your name and time of order and we will look into your order for you.
